Too much on my plate
I never really paid attention to portion sizes until I was diagnosed with diabetes. I now know them all, and have a handy printout in case I forget or need to look up an unfamiliar carb or protein. FDA Panel Calls for Stricter Standards for Diabetes Drugs
An FDA panel voted 14-2 in favor of requiring experimental diabetes drugs to show that they don't increase heart or cardiovascular risks.
