I am a 72 year old man who has lived with depression, anxity and sever social anxity all my life. Some of the times were real bad and I tried to end it several times, but wasen't good at it. Feeling bad, not sure why

Things are no worse than normal, yet I'm feeling more sad, and even a bit suicidal, tho not at a dangerous level. Why? Nothing in particular has happened to set it off, and I've been doing so well. I'm on Effexor, Perphenazine, Xanax, and Lyrica, as well as meds for IBS/GERD. And doing advil/tylenol 2-3 times a day. I... Read more Chevron

Didn't Mean to Disappear
