verdigo ear or stress

Hi! as anybody gone thru this i woke up completly unbalance not steady at all 911 had to be call i was falling everywhere went to the emergency had a cat scan it was alright doctor said i need to see a ent specialist i cant lay down anymore to sleep i'm unbalance all the time what can i do please help......
